Start fits a business that wants consistent publishing on three platforms. Growth covers all six platforms with more video and retouched photos, which is why most businesses choose it. Pro adds daily publishing, premium video and weekday comment and DM management.

No. Send the photos, footage, updates and customer questions your business already has. We plan, write, edit and design from that material. On-location filming and photography are not included.
No. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Give at least seven days' notice before the next month begins to cancel its renewal.

BlueRock Managed Social has three plans. Start is $399 per month for 20 publications on 3 platforms with up to 4 short videos. Growth is $699 for 30 publications on all 6 platforms with up to 10 videos and 30 retouched photos. Pro is $1,199 for daily publishing, up to 15 videos and weekday comment and DM management. Writing, design, approval, publishing and a monthly report are included in every plan.
A publication can be text, an image, a carousel or a short video. The same material adapted to every platform in your plan counts once toward the monthly total; it is not a promise of separate materials per platform.

Every plan includes writing and design, plus editing of supplied footage: up to 4 videos on Start, up to 10 on Growth (with music and an opening hook) and up to 15 on Pro, including 4 premium videos with motion graphics, B-roll and AI voiceover.
New video created from a concept, complex editing, long-recording processing, standalone audio or campaign production needs a separate brief. Those estimates stay outside the plan total until agreed; creating an asset does not automatically increase the monthly publishing allowance.
Additional publication volume, more social accounts, advanced production, paid campaigns, manual community work and custom bots receive their own scope and estimate. Advertising spend and third-party fees are agreed separately. No fixed add-on price is implied by selecting an item.
The monthly package includes supported FAQ auto-reply setup using answers you approve. Your team handles individual enquiries, sales and support. We do not offer on-location filming or photography as part of this service.
