At the start of the monthly planning cycle, we review available material, upcoming offers, completed work and useful customer questions. The aim is a calendar of publications — 20 on Start, 30 on Growth, daily on Pro — tied to confirmed business priorities.
Send photos, footage, text or voice notes with the relevant facts. If the material is limited, we supplement it with writing and graphics based on confirmed business information. We do not invent customer stories, testimonials or results.

Writing, design and standard editing are included.
BlueRock prepares text, image posts, carousels or short video as the story requires. Writing, design, captions and platform formatting are included within your plan’s publications, with up to 4, 10 or 15 video edits depending on the plan.
Standard editing produces finished videos up to 60 seconds from up to 10 minutes of supplied footage: selection, cuts, subtitles, appropriate music and a cover. Start includes up to 4, Growth up to 10 and Pro up to 15 videos. Two revision rounds are included per material; correction of our own errors does not use those rounds.
New video created from a concept, complex effects, longer source recordings and larger campaign production receive a separate estimate. Supplied material must be usable and cleared for the intended use.
Approval comes before distribution.
The first batch is ready within seven business days after payment, required materials and account access are received. Please review within two business days. Nothing is published without your approval.
Each material includes two revision rounds. Once approved, BlueRock adapts it for the platforms in your plan and manages the calendar, scheduling and publishing. Client delays shift the schedule; affected publications can carry forward for up to 30 days. Our own delays do not cancel our delivery obligations.
Communication and approvals stay in writing, with email by default and an agreed messaging channel if useful. Calls and a client portal are not mandatory. Max Belov remains your accountable contact.
The plan is paid monthly in advance, with no mandatory long-term commitment. Give at least seven days notice before the next month to cancel renewal. Any mid-month termination terms are confirmed in the written agreement.
Reporting should help the next month.
The monthly report covers what was published, available performance results and practical next steps. Available metrics differ by account and platform; we distinguish observed engagement and clicks from enquiries that can actually be attributed.
Basic setup of approved FAQ auto-replies is included where supported. Your team handles individual questions, sales and support; manual comment and DM responses are not included. Advanced bots, paid integrations and extra reporting workflows need a separate scope.
A publishing plan does not guarantee a particular reach, follower count or sales result.

One original material adapted for the platforms in your plan is one publication, not separate creative concepts for each platform. Text, images, carousels and standard short video can use the included publishing allowance.
Twenty original publications can produce up to 60 placements where the format is supported. Account eligibility, supported formats and publishing permissions are checked before work starts. More accounts or additional original materials require a separate estimate.
