Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This page explains what information bluerock.id collects, why, and how it is handled. It reflects how this website is actually built and operated — not a general legal template. If you have questions, contact us at info@bluerock.id.
Information You Provide
When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name and email are required; company, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, estimated budget, desired timeline, current website, project details, references, and preferred contact method are optional. Submitting the form also records your consent to be contacted about your inquiry.
Why We Collect It
We use this information solely to review your inquiry and respond about your project. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Anti-Spam and Security
The inquiry form includes a hidden field that legitimate visitors never fill in; submissions that fill it are treated as spam and discarded without being processed. Submissions are also rate-limited per visitor to reduce abuse. All fields are validated on our server before anything is processed.
How Inquiries Are Delivered
Validated inquiries are intended to be delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. This delivery is only active when the corresponding email service is configured on our end; if it is not configured at a given time, the form will show an error rather than silently accepting a submission it cannot deliver. The email we receive also includes the time of submission and, when available, the first internal page visited and the page whose main-content link opened the inquiry form. We do not store submitted inquiries in a database — the information exists only for as long as needed to process and deliver it.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a local storage entry on your device to remember whether you accepted or declined optional analytics.
Separately from analytics, this site may use session storage to remember the first non-home BLUEROCK page visited and the BLUEROCK page whose main-content link opened the inquiry form. Standard UTM campaign parameters may be retained with those internal paths; other query parameters are discarded. This information stays in the current browser session, is not sent to an analytics provider before consent, and is included with an inquiry only if you choose to submit the form. It is removed after a successful submission and otherwise expires with the browser session.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity, which set their own cookies and may collect information such as pages visited, general usage patterns, and approximate location derived from IP address. Microsoft Clarity may also record anonymized on-page behavior, such as clicks and scrolling, for usability analysis. If you decline, neither service is loaded and no analytics cookies are set by this site.
Your choice is remembered on this device. To change it, clear this site's local storage or cookies in your browser and reload the page — the cookie notice will appear again.
Third-Party Services
Depending on your choices and our configuration, this site may involve: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (only after you accept analytics cookies), and Resend (only when email delivery is configured, to send your inquiry to us and confirm receipt to you). Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn on this site take you to those platforms directly — any information you share there is handled under their own privacy policies, not ours.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and address legitimate operational needs. We do not use a database for this site, so inquiry content is not held in a queryable store by us beyond the email it generates.
Your Choices
You can decline optional analytics at any time, as described above. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email info@bluerock.id. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, though we may need to retain some information where legitimate business or legal considerations apply.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page as the website changes. The date above reflects the most recent update.
