Independent news outlet · Ukrainian & English · Website + Telegram · Runs 24/7
KLYAMKA — an autonomous newsroom
- Challenge
- News arrives as hundreds of repeated, half-confirmed messages across dozens of channels. The goal was not another repost feed, but an independent outlet with its own editorial rules, its own selection and its own text — that runs without someone copy-pasting every evening.
- What was built
- A full editorial pipeline that collects material, groups it into stories, decides what deserves publication, writes original Ukrainian text, checks it and publishes it to the website and Telegram — then confirms that each item is actually live.
- Result
- A public Telegram channel since 23 September 2026 and a news website in Ukrainian and English. 2,430 confirmed publications in the log by 14 October 2026; at least 26,359 incoming source messages processed in one documented week. Published by BLUEROCK AI GROUP LLC with Max as editor-in-chief, under a written editorial policy: key names, numbers, dates and statuses are checked before publication, other outlets are credited, and stories without enough facts are skipped.
How the newsroom works
- Intake — the system reads a curated list of Telegram channels and RSS sources around the clock and keeps the origin of every message.
- Stories, not messages — reports about the same event are merged: five channels repeating one statement become one story, and the memory of past stories stops repeats.
- Editorial selection — each story is scored for real news value and relevance. No new development, low significance or an unclear source means it waits or is dropped. In one documented 48-minute window, six messages became four stories and none were published — on purpose.
- Original writing — an AI editorial step writes an independent Ukrainian text: what happened, who said it, what is still unconfirmed, with links back to sources.
- Checks — numbers, names and organisations are checked against the sources; duplicates, policy and timing rules are applied before anything can go out.
- Publishing — Telegram posts go out through a controlled queue; the website is rebuilt as static pages with English versions.
- Confirmation — an item counts as published only after the public page or post is verified. If a send result is unclear, the system verifies before retrying, so nothing is posted twice.
- Watchdogs — monitors check the channel and the site and raise an alert when publishing pauses, so a person handles only the exceptions.
