Production built around the next customer question
A renovation company organised video, images and edits around the questions customers asked in advertising, on the website and during sales conversations.

The starting point
A renovation company was filming regularly, but much of its footage stayed in the archive. Advertising relied on ageing photographs, the landing page lacked video and sales staff sent prospects to Instagram when they needed project evidence.
The approach
The brief changed from making another film to preparing material for a defined use. The team mapped the questions customers asked about cost, deadlines, the people on site and the work itself. Each planned shot was tied to advertising, the website, organic publishing or a sales conversation.
Short advertising cuts and website answers moved ahead of the longer project film in the editing schedule. The library organised finished materials by project, subject, format and intended use. A project videographer supplied planned shoots; crew leads contributed phone footage using a short checklist.
Sales feedback and campaign observations informed the next shot list. Materials could be selected to explain a specific concern or replace an existing creative, rather than wait for a new standalone film.
What changed
The result was a production library with a practical role across the customer journey. A polished project tour and a direct explanation from a crew lead could serve different purposes within the same body of work.

Project context
On-site filming was supplied by the project’s videographer. It does not establish filming as a standard BlueRock package inclusion. Campaign comparisons do not isolate production from seasonal demand and other changes; this account does not make an isolated revenue claim for production.
Based on a project account supplied by BlueRock’s owner.
