From opening plans to online appointments

A veterinary clinic brought its identity, service information and booking flow together so customers could understand the offer before arranging a visit.

Veterinary clinic March–October 2025

The starting point

A veterinarian preparing to open a neighbourhood clinic had premises, equipment and years of experience. The business still needed an identity, a website and a way for customers to book.

The approach

Interviews with local pet owners pointed to two concerns: unclear prices and pressure to buy additional services. Those concerns shaped the launch. The clinic would explain its services plainly, publish its prices and describe what to expect at an appointment.

The project brought together the name, visual identity, website, online booking and business profiles. Services were grouped around the reasons a customer would seek help. Each page explained the appointment, its duration and what was included. Booking slots and the administrator's routine were prepared alongside the website.

What changed

A soft launch gave the team a chance to adjust appointment timing before broader promotion. The result was a connected route from discovering the clinic to selecting a service and arranging a visit. The same information supported the staff handling those bookings.

Project context

The founder's existing contacts, seasonal demand, staffing and later advertising also shaped the launch. The case demonstrates how the digital work supported the opening; it does not attribute the clinic's entire growth to its website.
