Managed Social / Forma
A publishing process that could survive a staff change
Shared materials, repeatable formats and clear approvals helped three studios organise publishing beyond one person's phone and memory.
Three stretching studios June 2024–April 2025
The starting point
Three stretching studios had separate social accounts and a large footage archive. Publishing was irregular, visual styles differed between locations and materials were difficult to reuse. When the freelance manager left, the accounts went quiet.
The approach
The project started with an inventory of existing footage. A shared library identified the studio, trainer, format and publishing status of each material. Repeatable formats connected useful advice, the studio experience and booking a trial class.
A weekly calendar gave the team a common plan. Source materials could become platform-specific edits and captions, with clear distinctions between the original idea, its adaptations and actual placements. Scheduled production and phone footage from staff supplied the library.
Approval rules defined what administrators could publish routinely and what needed the owner's review, including new prices, promotions and identifiable customer content. Shared booking links and source recording connected publishing with the studios' daily work.
What changed
The project account describes publishing continuing through an administrator’s departure and the owner’s absence. Materials, decisions and responsibilities remained available to the team.

Project context
This was an individual engagement that included a videographer and manual community work. Its filming, messaging workload and historical output do not define the inclusions of the current Managed Social package.
