Design question

How can a site reduce uncertainty before a company reviews the job?

The concept organizes customer knowledge without pretending that the customer can determine final scope, accepted material, required labor, truck capacity, disposal method, price, availability, or booking.

Start with the removal path

Single items, home cleanouts, commercial work, and uncertain requests begin differently instead of entering one generic form.

Make volume tangible

Simple truck-space blocks give customers a useful estimating language while remaining clearly preliminary.

Use photos as context

An upload area supports review of items and likely volume without presenting image analysis as a final price or acceptance.

Ask about access early

Stairs, elevator, gate, parking, floors, hallways, and other constraints surface before scheduling becomes a surprise.

Check genuine territory

The flow checks a location against the company’s real operating area rather than generating unsupported city pages.

Name the actual status
