BLUEROCK Research
Dataset Reuse Terms
Version 2026-08-19 · Canonical URL: https://www.bluerock.id/research/dataset-license
These terms apply to anonymized datasets published by BLUEROCK Research unless a dataset clearly states different terms. Copyright in BLUEROCK's original selection, coding, organization, analysis, and presentation is reserved.
Permitted use
You may download and use a dataset for personal, educational, journalistic, or internal research. You may quote limited portions in commentary or analysis when you credit BLUEROCK, name the study, and link to its canonical research page.
Permission required
Written permission is required to republish or distribute a complete dataset or a substantial portion of it, sell or sublicense it, remove its attribution or methodological context, or incorporate it into a commercial data product or training dataset. Contact info@bluerock.id with the proposed use.
Source material and privacy
Rights in third-party source material remain with the applicable source and may be subject to separate terms. Published BLUEROCK datasets are anonymized; these terms do not authorize attempts to identify, contact, profile, or target the sampled organizations or people.
No warranty
Datasets are provided for informational research use as published, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability. Websites and public records can change after the recorded observation date.
Citation, versions, and corrections
When citing a dataset, identify BLUEROCK Research, the study title, the version or observation date where available, and the canonical research-page URL. A later edition may revise coding, definitions, sources, exclusions, or documentation; it does not retroactively change the evidence published in an earlier version. Readers should use the version that matches the claim they are assessing.
If you identify a clear documentation, attribution, or data-handling concern, contact info@bluerock.id with the relevant study URL and a concise description. We may correct an error, clarify the record, issue a revised version, or decline a requested interpretation where the public evidence does not support it.
Research boundaries
A dataset records public-facing observations under a stated method. It is not a directory, endorsement, compliance review, ranking system, customer list, or instruction to contact any sampled organization. Reuse must preserve this distinction and must not present the data as proof of a company's private performance, legal status, service quality, or future results.
These terms govern reuse of BLUEROCK's published research materials only. They do not replace the terms, policies, permissions, or privacy obligations that may apply to an original public source.
